Điều khoản này áp dụng cho ứng dụng nội bộ của AI Architect Studio (“AAS”) dùng TikTok Content Posting API để đăng video lên tài khoản TikTok của chính AAS. Sử dụng ứng dụng đồng nghĩa với việc chấp nhận các điều khoản dưới đây.
Ứng dụng nhận video và mô tả do AAS sản xuất, rồi tải lên TikTok thông qua API chính thức. Ứng dụng không cung cấp dịch vụ cho người dùng bên ngoài, không mở đăng ký công khai, và không vận hành như một nền tảng đăng bài thuê.
Chỉ nhân sự được AAS uỷ quyền mới được vận hành ứng dụng, trên tài khoản TikTok thuộc sở hữu của AAS. Mọi truy cập khác đều không được phép.
Ứng dụng hoạt động trong khuôn khổ điều khoản dành cho nhà phát triển của TikTok. Chúng tôi tôn trọng mọi giới hạn kỹ thuật (hạn mức đăng bài, giới hạn tần suất) và không tìm cách vượt qua các cơ chế kiểm soát của nền tảng.
Kiểm duyệt trước khi đăng: mọi bài đều phải được người có thẩm quyền của AAS duyệt thủ công trước khi ứng dụng thực hiện đăng. Ứng dụng không tự đăng khi chưa có phê duyệt của con người.
Toàn bộ nội dung do AAS sản xuất thuộc quyền sở hữu của AAS. Bạn không được sao chép, phân phối lại hay khai thác thương mại nếu chưa có văn bản chấp thuận.
Ứng dụng được cung cấp “nguyên trạng”. AAS không bảo đảm dịch vụ không gián đoạn hay không có lỗi, đặc biệt khi phụ thuộc vào tình trạng hoạt động của API bên thứ ba.
Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, AAS không chịu trách nhiệm với các thiệt hại gián tiếp, ngẫu nhiên hoặc hệ quả phát sinh từ việc sử dụng ứng dụng.
AAS có thể ngừng vận hành ứng dụng bất cứ lúc nào. Chủ tài khoản có thể thu hồi quyền truy cập trong cài đặt TikTok, chấm dứt ngay khả năng đăng bài của ứng dụng.
Điều khoản này được điều chỉnh bởi pháp luật Việt Nam.

Scope. These terms govern AI Architect Studio's (“AAS”) internal application that uses the TikTok Content Posting API to publish videos to AAS's own TikTok account. Using the app constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Service. The app takes videos and captions produced by AAS and uploads them to TikTok via the official API. It does not serve external users, does not offer public sign-up, and does not operate as a posting-for-hire platform.
Authorized users. Only AAS-authorized personnel may operate the app, on TikTok accounts owned by AAS. All other access is prohibited.
Content responsibility. AAS is fully responsible for the content it publishes. Content complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Third-party source material is re-edited from AAS's own perspective with clear attribution; we do not copy verbatim and do not fabricate figures.
Platform compliance. The app operates within TikTok's developer terms. We respect all technical limits (daily post caps, rate limits) and do not attempt to circumvent platform controls.
Human approval before posting. Every post requires manual approval by an authorized AAS person before the app publishes it. The app never posts without human approval.
Intellectual property. All AAS-produced content remains AAS property. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation requires written consent.
No warranty. The app is provided “as is”. AAS does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, particularly where it depends on third-party API availability.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, AAS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Termination. AAS may discontinue the app at any time. The account owner may revoke access in TikTok settings, immediately ending the app's ability to post.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
